I’m sitting here trying to figure out how to be different, how to make my service memorable.
Chelsea ( my wife ) and I decided that we would give custom gift bags to each client (first time client). The bag includes numerous different things that are useful in the home-
But then we started talking about what to give clients when they are repeat clients…? We thought that giving each client a nice coffee mug with our logo on it would be a great idea because its something that sticks around the house. We also considered doing bottles of wine with our logo, but… not everyone drinks?



Your coffe mug idea is great, maybe add a bag of fresh coffe to it. Usually you get a sense of people’s interest if they are repeat clients so having a few different items to choose from such as golf balls and tees with your logo (for golfers) coffe mugs and coffee (for the seattle coffee drinkers) and the third idea I have is reusable shopping bags with your logo for the enviromentally savy shopper you may have as a client, amaybe through a little gift card in with the bag. Just my thoughts, good luck!
