Online Scheduling


Our primary goal and focus at Green Clean® is to make you a Raving Fan of our technology, our company, and our service. We strive to employ every resource available to deliver the finest clean to your home or office, while committing ourselves to green technology; because it works!

Here are some hints to maximize your service call.

Before the technician arrives please do the following:

Vacuum all areas to be cleaned. Carpet manufacturers mandate vacuuming before cleaning. If it is not done, there will be an extra charge per area that we vacuum. Move any electronics, bookshelves, beds, dressers, or heavy furniture you want to have cleaned under out of the service areas. Also remove any valuables or breakables. (For Liability purposes we can not move any of the large items of furniture. )
Have an open parking space as close to your front door or main access door as possible.

During your service call:
Point out any areas of concern.
Talk to your technician. Ask him questions, voice your concerns, or have him go over an area again for you.
Your technician would love to do a final job walk-through to make sure that all contracted work was completed and up to your standards.

Ask to see free test cleans. In addition to carpet cleaning, we also clean area rugs, upholstered furniture, tile and grout, granite countertops, shower enclosures,air ducts, and more! Please try to keep children and pets away from the immediate area of operation.

Our Guarantees:
Service – If an error occurs during service, it will be corrected or your money will be refunded.
Price – No surprises or hidden charges. You approve all work and know the price before it is administered, or we’ll provide it free of charge.
On Time – If we miss our arrival window, you will receive an additional area cleaned absolutely free.

Things to note:
Soil and stains are quite different. Our cleaning process will remove the soil and grime from the carpet. Special treatments may be needed for any stains caused by drinks, coffee, blood, makeup, animals, etc. These treatments are additional to our normal cleaning price and must be estimated on site by your technician.

Phone and internet estimates are subject to an on-site inspection by your technician.
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
